• All software is hosted on our servers, and backups and upgrades are all performed for you automatically.

How does hosting work?

We set up a web page for your form. This can include your logo in the header.

The web address (url) to the hosted web page will be something like this: www.datasyn/online-forms/MyCompany/MySurveyForm.html. There will also be a shortened version, e.g. http://bit.ly/dXjjIw

You can email recipients the web address, or post it on web sites, documents etc.

When a user submits a form, we can display a message, or re-direct the user to your website.

How do I put a form within my website?

We set the form up and email you some html code. You (or your webmaster) simply copies and pastes the code into a new or existing web page. It's that simple!

Can I change my form after it starts?

Of course. We can change any aspect of your form quickly and the effects are immediate. For embedded forms, you don't need to update anything.
